Setting up up camp at the 2009 Kiwi Woggle Camp held at Dunethin Rock, Maroochy River over the Queen's Birthday weekend. Maleny Troop won the weekend trophy over this very wet weekend. The Cub Scouts annual District Cub Camp is held in November. |
Meeting Times:
Cub Scouts meet each Thursday between 5.30p.m. and 7.00p.m. each Thursday
Scouts meet each Friday between 6p.m. and 8p.m.
Parent Committee meets last Thursday each month between 6p.m. and 7p.m.
Neither Scouts nor Cub scouts meet during school holiday periods.
A.G.M. is held by the end of May each year.
Meeting Venue is at Maleny Historical Society Site at Bryce Lane, Maleny.
Membership:
Scouts or Cub Scouts are open to boys and girls between the ages of 7 years and 14 years.
The Club also has a junior membership.
